Currently, StaffBright has a great Industrial Engineer opportunity in the Romulus area. We are seeking individuals with 3+ years of relevant experience within the automotive industry.

What You Will Be DoingWork to eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value.

Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirementsPlans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workersPrepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.

Implementation of tool transfersProcess planning and procurement of assembly equipment (write equipment specifications, obtain quotations, follow-up with suppliers, release and buy off of the assembly equipment at the supplier, install and set up assembly equipment at the manufacturing plant.
