Job Summary

Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the community, meet the company guidelines for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Team and goal oriented.

Responsibilities:

General maintenance including HVAC, electrical, light plumbing, pool, exterior structures, appliances repair, light carpentry, and paint. Shared on-call after hours at overtime rate.

· Responding to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license

· EPA/HVAC certification is Preferred

SPLIT SYSTEM Experience is Preferred

2 years of experience in a residential, multi-family community

Successfully pass our background check and drug screen

Benefits:

Hourly pay negotiable upon experience

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week with "On Call after hours Emergency" rotation.
