- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and events, including arranging catering and refreshments.
- Provide general assistance in cleaning kitchen and function areas.
- Manage conference/hospitality calendar and greet clients and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchens, conference rooms, and pantries.
- Order and track inventory for supplies, food, and beverages.
- Perform general clerical, copy center, mail, and delivery duties as required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Basic PC skills and ability to use office equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
- Some physical effort required, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
