Job Details
RN Dialysis position at Nantucket Cottage Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system.
Variable shifts generally starting at 5:30 AM, with some mid-morning to late afternoon shifts due to extra patient treatments.
Work schedule is 4 or 5 days a week with Sundays off.
Shared housing provided at no cost.
Job Requirements
Current Massachusetts RN License required (no conditional licenses accepted).
Basic Life Support (
BLS) certification required (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted).
Must complete MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training prior to onboarding.
Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
Color vision test within 365 days of start.
Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 1- April 30) with no exemptions.
TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break.
Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break.
Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break.
Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break.
Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
Skills checklist required for submission.
Confirmation of assignment/POI form required upon acceptance and for extensions.
Education verification required through background check company.
Social Security Number trace required with criminal check.
National sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually.
