Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Operations Analyst that has worked within the SaaS industry. This role is pivotal in owning and executing customer-facing operational communications related to product updates, end-of-life (EOL) support, and break-fix scenarios.We seek someone with strong background in developing and managing clear, concise,
and customer-centric operational processes and messages that enhance the customer experience
and drive product adoption.
- Maintain and communicate a roadmap for the capability area outlining planned initiatives
and improvements. - Partner with Product Management and R&D to automate continuously improve automation
cabilities supporting systems channels for internal external communications. - Draft review edit internal customer-facing operational communications emails collaboration with various Business Product leads ensuring alignment brand tone style.
