    Pay Range:
    $94,300 - $113,200 annually

    Job Summary

    The Sr.

    Firmware Engineer will work as a member of the R&D team to develop electronic products for Hyundai Translead's van trailer product lines.

    The successful candidate will have experience in development of embedded device, 32 bit microcontroller, C/C++, and wireless technologies

    Essential Functions

    Write and maintain firmware written in C/C++ for current 32-bit microprocessors
    Work with team members to gather, analyze, and synthesize customer requirements
    Create test code for various sensors and circuits, with emphasis placed on documentation for use in both development and production testing
    Work directly with Hardware engineers and help support development
    Other duties as assigned
    Essential Functions (Continued)

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
    5 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems
    Good understanding of software architectures and processes
    Knowledge of SDLC with multiple product development cycles
    Experience with embedded firmware 32 bit microcontrollers (e.g. ARM Cortex, ESP32), and experience with wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
    Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
