    PreK SLP| Portsmouth, RI

    ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in a school district located in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. The SLP will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders and disabilities.

    Overview:

    • Part-Time
    • 4 days per week
    • Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 3:30pm
    • W2 Contract for full school year
    • Start: ASAP
    • Virtual Interview
    • Caseload: PreK

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
    • Attend PreK IEP and Evaluation Team meetings
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
    • Provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
    • Collaborate with other members of the education team to develop and implement IEPs and provide support to students.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
    • SLP License
    • ASHA CCC preferred
    • Previous experience working in an educational environment is preferred
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
