    As the Welding Safety Solutions Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safety and empowering our customers. Your knowledge in welding safety, equipment, and processes will be essential in supporting our strategic end user accounts.


    You'll collaborate closely with our sales team, offering technical support to help them win business and present innovative safety solutions to our valued customers.


    Become the Subject Matter Expert driving welding safety enhancements, using your process, product, and technical expertise to seize safety sales opportunities.

    You'll be responsible for providing welding safety expertise, defending and growing business with strategic end user accounts.
    Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, focusing on profitable sales growth in your region.
    Lead customer-centered discussions throughout the Key Account Sales Process.
    Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring trends and competitive activity in the region.
    Keep track of opportunities and end user account information using CRM tools.

    Bachelor's degree in business or related field
    Minimum three years of respiratory and safety sales experience

    Excellent business planning skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Excellent teamwork, time management, organizational, follow up, and planning skills.
    Ability to travel overnight at least 50%.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.
