    Purchasing Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and submit RFQ bids, maintaining detailed data packages for procurement activities.
    • Maintain strong supplier relationships by fostering effective communication and positive interactions.
    • Collaborate with planners to monitor parts scheduling, ensuring inventory levels meet production demands while adhering to stock buffers.

    Additional duties include reviewing non-conformance reports, managing quality documentation and certifications, and supporting engineering change updates with suppliers.
    The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience preferably within the aerospace industry or related field. Strong proficiency in computer applications is essential including intermediate skills in Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook). You should be able to work effectively under tight deadlines prioritize tasks efficiently thrive both independently collaboratively exhibit excellent communication interpersonal skills A high school diploma GED required bachelor's degree preferred
