- Compliance Program Management: Supporting the administration of FERC compliance policies, programs, and standards. Identifying programs and initiatives to ensure all corporate systems are compliant and incorporating new regulatory requirements.
- Controls Framework Assessment: Identifying compliance controls, recommending monitoring plans, and contributing to remediation recommendations.
- Regulatory Docket Management: Supporting projects to complete filings, drafting, editing, and electronically filing pleadings and interventions in consultation with operating units and Legal Department.
- Investigation: Tracking, identifying noncompliance instances, participating in investigations, and assisting in drafting conclusions and remediation plans.
- Analysis and Implementation: Researching new standards and regulations, consulting with experts, identifying process impact, proposing timelines, and gathering compliance evidence.
- Consultation and Outreach: Reviewing FERC enforcement actions, informing operating units, delivering regulatory requirement presentations, and providing expertise.
- Audit and Enforcement Management: Planning and executing PGE's participation in regulatory actions, gathering evidence, and ensuring compliance.
- Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business, technical field, or related area. Equivalent experience is also accepted.
- Experience: Typically two or more years in compliance, FERC/NERC experience is preferred.
- Certifications, Licenses, and Training: NERC certification is preferred.
