    Job DescriptionInventory Control Associate Allegiance Staffing we are seeking for a capable Warehouse/Inventory Associates to support our company's warehouse operations. The Inventory Control Associates will be responsible for receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products, as well as performing various warehouse activities to ensure the smooth flow of inventory.Monday – Friday7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay rate: 16.50 / Hour. Weekly PayKey Responsibilities:
    • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately within the warehouse.
    • Organize stock and maintain inventory and warehouse space in an efficient manner.
    • Pull and prepare orders to send to production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Process orders and receipt data into Factory Track or similar inventory and record-keeping systems.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory is moved properly and accounted for.
    • Load and unload trucks and move inventory within the facility using forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
    • Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Ability to lift or move heavy products weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • Work well with others in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a box truck as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory control is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
    • Ability to effectively operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
