- Oversee the Equipment tech team in support of production line.
- Evaluate the machinery and track shift reports to see the performance of the product line is on track.
- Report the equipment status and related anomalies to the Sr. Lead.
- Motivate team member through the creation of a positive work environment by providing mentoring, coaching, and training to assist in professional development.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to be on your feet for more than 12 hours a day.
- Advanced preventative maintenance skills.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
