Job summary
The Senior Director of Residential Programs is responsible for the supervision of Sr. Coordinators, Coordinators and Managers who oversee the day-to-day operations of residential programs across Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
Responsibilities
- Participate in division meetings including Clinical, DDOC, Operations and other meetings as assigned by their VP or executive leadership.
- Represent HeartShare and its administration in a manner that promotes the values, goals and mission of HeartShare.
