    Job Description:

    As an unlicensed Financial Services Representative, you'll leverage your exceptional customer service abilities and talent for troubleshooting to interact with clients over the phone, addressing inquiries related to their stock portfolios.

    To kickstart your career with us, Morgan Stanley will cover the cost of your training to acquire your Series 7 & 63 Licenses.

    In This Role You Will:

    • Provide top-notch customer service by identifying client needs and offering optimal solutions.
    • Educate clients on the competitive advantages of Morgan Stanley and recommend additional beneficial products.
    • Demonstrate your sales acumen by actively engaging clients and spotting new opportunities.
    • Adhere to established processes and manage your time effectively throughout the day.
    • Continuously expand your knowledge of investments and financial markets to cater to individual client requirements.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to retain clients and play a role in risk mitigation when required.
    • Uphold a high standard of personal integrity and adhere to Morgan Stanley's Code of Conduct.
    • Collaborate with various teams to gather information for resolving customer issues (we're a close-knit family, you won't be on your own).
    • Participate in additional projects and tasks as needed (there might be more ways for you to contribute).

    A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Representative Includes:

    • Handling inbound customer inquiries to support them with account-related requests such as fund transfers, account updates, and trade submissions.
    • Following up with clients regarding outstanding account matters.
    • Engaging in ongoing education and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    What We're Looking For:

    • Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
    • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in a call center or financial institution.
    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Track record of meeting sales targets through work or internships.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, team spirit, and resilience.
    • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office).
