    We are currently looking for a full-time Pharmacotherapy Pharmacy Technician to join our ambulatory pharmacies team at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will handle various administrative tasks such as patient outreach, managing workflow queues, and ensuring patient medication adherence. You will work under the guidance of a pharmacist, contributing to the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.


    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements:

    High school Diploma or Equivalent Required

    License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

    • Current California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
    • Proficiency in mathematical calculations, including ratios and percentages.
    • Basic computer skills to handle assigned tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to operate specialized pharmacy equipment.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends.

    Physical Demands:

    • Requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting weights up to 40 pounds, and responding to various alarms.
    • Must be mobile enough to interact with equipment and patients as needed.
    • Ability to read and understand medication labels.
