Med-Trans Corp.,one of the fastest-growing air-medical transportation companies inthe U.S., is looking for an Base Mechanic - RotorWing who is dedicated to safeaircraft.

    OurA&PBase Mechanic -Rotor Wing support thedaily maintenance of theEC145 / BK117, EC135series aircraft at their base. They also performscheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, andmodifications to airframes, rotors and appliances. Our Maintenanceteam maintains our helicopters to the higheststandardspossible.

    MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS
    • HighSchool diploma or GED equivalent
    • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Licenserequired
    • InspectionAuthorization Certification preferred
    • Additional FAA/FCC ratings preferred
    • Threeyears of turbine helicopter maintenance experience onEC145 / BK117 or EC135with
    • A minimum of six monthshelicopter maintenance experienceduring that last 24 months
    • Must be able topush and/or pull 100+ lbs.
    • Must be able tolift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Intermediate-level computer skills with an inventory system
    • IFR helicopter avionics and auto-pilotexperience preferred
    • Manufacturer training orequivalent on EC145 / BK117 highlypreferred
    • EC135maintenance experience preferred
    • Priorcivilian HEMS experience preferred
