    This position supports the Foreign Military Sales - Army Case Execution System (FMS-ACES) Product Office, a Defense Business System (DBS) program in the DoDI 5000.87 Software Acquisition Pathway.

    FMS-ACES is a cloud-based Platform as a Service (PaaS) providing a user-centric journey design that modernizes the Army's FMS case execution and management processes from end to end.

    The system streamlines business processes, integrates state-of-the-art interface management, and provides real-time, accurate data-driven decisions for Senior Leaders.

    FMS-ACES will subsume capabilities of a 50-year-old legacy system, consolidating two disparate systems into a single source of Army FMS data. The new system will exchange information with 26 distinct financial and logistic systems of record partners for end-to-end process execution.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Architect, configure, test, and deploy IT software solutions in a multi-environment cloud platform, ensuring alignment with the DoD Cloud Strategy.
    • Analyze architecture, components, applications, and services of IT cloud solutions to ensure adherence to DoD Directive (DoDD) 5144.02.
    • Implement security protocols, encryption standards, and risk mitigation strategies to maintain compliance and protect sensitive defense information.
    • Oversee and support development and optimization of front-end and back-end cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions within DoD infrastructure.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on cloud toolsets, architecture best practices, and automation technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and efficiency.

    **Requirements:**

    • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
    • Demonstrable experience in a Lead, Subject Matter Expert (SME).
    • Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO) within the Department of the Army Headquarters is highly preferred.
    • Experience developing IT software solution in a cloud environment.
    • Certified in Cloud professional.
