Point C Health is hiring a Regional Sales Director as a full-timejob in the Southeast. Candidate must be located in Southeastern Region of the United States.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and marketing business in multiple areas across the region.

This position will develop successful strategies and coordinate tactical efforts for new products and long-term business goals and objectives.

Point C Healthis a third-party administration platform for medical and dental benefits for self-insured employers.

Point C's mission is to support TPA partners through business process innovations and product solutions that drive value for employers and enhance the member experience.

The administrative services we provideinclude claims processing, network management, and utilization review.


Job Requirements:

• Achieve annual new business sales objectives by successfully leveraging existing relationships, developing relationships with benefit consultants and insurance brokers to increase visibility in the assigned territory, and creating awareness of Point C's various services.
• Develop strategies to acquire new business through brokers by continuous exchange of information, salesand broker service, and the generation of broker activity.
• Communicate to brokers through personal visits and newsletters, updates on new products, underwriting, and other topics of importance
• Provide quality consultative services to clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure our services provide maximum return.
• Identify new service offerings and work closely with key partners within the organization in an effort to expand services and profitability.
• 5+ years of previous experience selling in the health insurance broker community or related sales experience
• Solid understanding of third-party benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
