- Communicate with all departments involved about job from start to finish
- Communicate with Engineering Team about issues
- Report at weekly scheduling meeting job status, job hours and percent of completion
- Error tracking throughout job with input from die leaders or department leaders if necessary
- Provide accounting with all documentation required including PO, ECQ, Buyoff paperwork, etc.

- Awareness of overall department interaction and setup to improve efficiency
- All employees are responsible for the quality of the product, process or service they provide and to report any nonconformity to team leader for review.
- Combination of 5 years tool/die and estimating experience is required. Additional training may be provided by the company as needed.
- Must be able to work with customers to define and document requirements, address technical concerns and provide project status.
- Ability to make technical presentations internally and to customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate.
- Background in tool and die industry a plus.
- Background in cad/cam and design a plus.
- Some physical effort required.
- Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility.
- Safety Glasses required on the shop floor
- Work performed in a combination of an office and the manufacturing floor
- Some travel required.
