Description

The Nurse Extern will work one on one with an assigned Registered Nurse. Effectively interacts with patients and understands the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The Nurse Extern will strive to provide safe quality care and excellent customer service to all patients. Agrees with AMMC's culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMC's Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

Must be in a current RN program within 12 months of graduation if in a BSN program and within 6 months of graduation if in an associate program.

Background check must be satisfactory.
