What you'll do...
Regularly interface with our Clients to communicate platform features and functionality
Lead product presentations and related demonstrations
Document business requirements and work with internal stakeholder to coordinate execution
Research, analyze, and test new enhancements and bug fixes
Responsible for business intelligence product implementations
Maintain business intelligence industry knowledge, product and technical expertise
Regularly contribute Business Intelligence product documentation to COCC's knowledgebase
What you'll bring...
Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field
5-10 years of experience in a business intelligence product role
Proficient with Excel required; SQL skills a plus
Microsoft PowerBI experience a plus
Experience with Business Intelligence cloud technology a plus
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Highly detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills a must
Strong business writing skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex processes and systems
Salary Range for the role is $80,000-$110,000 per year
