- Requisition management for all open direct care positions in CT.
- Sourcing, interviewing and coordinating placement of direct care staff into program areas.
- Attending of job fairs, outside networking events, and biweekly meetings with program management.
- Opportunities to create and support strategic recruitment and placement initiatives.
- Management of agency-wide internship program.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field and 1 year in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with networking, cold calling, and actively recruiting in the community.
- Strong technology skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as in collaboration on a team.
