Apex Systems is looking to hire a

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

for one of their reputable financial clients they support in multiple core locations across the country.

Preferred locations:
San Francisco, CA | Chandler/Phoenix, AZ -

other hub locations available such as Dallas/Plano, Charlotte, NYC & NJ.

Hybrid schedule:

3 days onsite/2 days remote

PAY Rate:
$53/hr W2

Contract length:

6+ months with high potential for extension and conversion (contingent on performance)


Requirements:
3+ years of Site Reliability/Systems Engineering Experience within corporate environment
Well versed with python, PowerShell, bash scripting
Strong understanding of docker, Kubernetes
Has worked in the cloud; Understanding of cloud deployment with at least TWO of the following:

Azure, GCP, OR AWS

Job Overview:

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) on our dynamic SRE team focuses on driving the SRE charter by using software engineering to enable automation and efficiency in all aspects of platform change management and operations.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, optimizing day-to-day activities, including processes, to reliably support product rollout and operation through automation and mentoring other staff SRE in adopting and implement the Platform Operation models.
