    Come join our teamThe Health Services QA/Training Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing Quality Assurance audit functions, training, and coaching for Health Services staff to ensure accurate and timely claims payment and care management/coordination services thereby improving quality of service and member satisfaction.

    This position will travel to locations within the VIVA Health Service area through a reliable means of transportation insured in accordance with Company policy.


    REQUIRED:
    High School Diploma or GEDTwo years of experience in Medical Management/Case ManagementCurrent LPN or RN license in good standing with the State of Alabama Board of NursingMay require face-to-face member contact with duties regularly performed away from the principal place of businessWilling to submit to vaccine testing and screeningDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a thorough knowledge of medical terminologyHighly motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work to satisfy departmental goals when requiredAbility to be flexible and accommodate shifting prioritiesAbility to perform day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgment, and maintain confidentiality


    PREFERRED:
