    Job Description

    Day to Day/Core Responsibilities:

    • Create testing and performance summary reports clearly communicating to management all testing results.
    • Collaborate to prioritize defects to be fixed using an understanding of the business requirements and the needs of the customer.
    • Partner with Payroll to establish and define detailed test cases and test scripts based on the requirements.
    • Review and analyze system specifications to understand the system requirements.
    • Serve as Tier 1 Analyst to resolve simple technical issues.
    • Update and maintain standard test plans for manual and automated testing, and thoroughly execute when necessary.
    • Manage and execute test cases to validate the expected functionality of applications, and thoroughly document results for business units.
    Identify, fully document, and report defects.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2+ years of system configuration testing experience (backend/troubleshooting)
    • Experience executing test case scripts
    • Experience documenting and reporting on defect/bug management Plusses:
    • 2-3 years of Manual and Automated Integrations Testing experience
    • Timekeeping experience
    • Payroll experience
    • Costing/finance experience
    • Prior Workforce Management experience
    • 2-3 years of API Integrations experience
    • 2+ years of experience executing end-to-end functional and integration Software Testing
    • SFTP experience
    • UKG Payroll System experience
    • Job costing system experience (Job Core, Acumaticia, Foundations)
    • Experience with PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner)
    • HRIS experience null
