    Job Overview:

    • Provides operational business management, direction, and resource allocation at the organization.
    • Manages various aspects of the facility, including inmate security levels, treatment and rehabilitation needs, and facility operations.
    • Designs and implements strategic plans for new initiatives.
    • Manages legal cases for the Department of Corrections.
    • Serves as an expert on offenders and the prison system.
    • Coordinates high-level variables and develops relationships.
    • Integrates treatment environments and rehabilitative programming with facility operations to provide offenders with the necessary care and security.
