    The primary responsibilities of the Asset Manger are to support the fleet Asset Design, procurement, compliance planning and strategies for the PRSH family of companies.

    This includes Asset design, coordination with end users/leadership, coordinate and manage all compliance activities as well as assist and support the Fleet department in any/all activities related to administration and/or coordination of the organizations Fleet.

    This role will also provide safe and reliable stewardship of all company assets while ensuring that fleet operations meet or exceed any defined environmental, safety, reliability and cost associated objectives, whether for compulsory regulatory oversight and/or internal best practices or company policy or goals.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Manages lifecycle strategies as well as compliance planning and requirements
    Manages fleet standard operating procedures, policies, and design requirements
    Assists in developing fleet asset strategies, including compliance strategies specific to California air Resource Board requirements
    Provides training guidance and support on SOP's, policies or other related processes to Fleet assets or management
    Completes routine analysis (such as utilization of and data analysis for assets) and recommend solutions
    Provides routine analysis of fleet assets to management
    Provides recommendations to managers on vehicles and equipment replacement needs based upon maintenance costs, age, use, condition and the needs of the project
    Assists in administering plans to reduce fuel consumption, mileage and numbers of vehicles and equipment
    Create reports or summaries of fleet utilization studies

    Assists with Fleet tracking & reporting to make recommendations for improvement by reviewing records of use, replacement program, holdovers, costs, etc.

    Compile reports on suspected misuse of equipment
    Gather data needed for contract preparation
    Supervises fleet asset inventory, tools, supplies, and equipment
    Assist in collecting data for reports and report communication
    Locating and purchasing vehicles/equipment per approved Capex schedule
    Coordinates/Manages

    selling or disposing of vehicles and equipment.
    Other duties are assigned
    Qualifications
    Strong client and teamwork focus is required
    Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to interpret and understand ambiguous questions and information
    Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills to maintain productive working relationships with fleet personnel, user groups and outside parts and materials vendors
    Must be well organized to meet heavy workloads and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
    Knowledge of all Federal, State (CA., NV., AZ., WA.) and local jurisdictional regulatory compliance (DOT, CA. BIT, CARB, APCD, SCAQMD, DEH, EPA, DOT, SWPP and OSHA standards as it is related to job requirements and fleet operations is preferred
    Display superior written and oral communication to develop reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, standard operating procedures, and policies
    Education and Experience
    A minimum of 5 years of fleet experience or equivalent is required
    Experience and knowledge of C.A.R.B. (On & Off-road) regulations within the construction industry (or similar) are required for this position.

    Working knowledge of fleet operations with an emphasis on the core NAFA fleet management principles including Asset, Business, Financial, Data/Information, Maintenance, Risk and Fuel Management.

    Specialized focuses on fundamental automotive theory, equipment technology, analytics, Internal/External workflow methods and Formal fleet/ parts management coursework is preferred
    Knowledge of budget analysis techniques, leading fleet maintenance practices, and applicable legislation and regulation is required

    Requires experience with various computer software programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Core, Eclipse, and Dynamix 365 or other) for managing fleet management activities.

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulation
