This position can be filled as a Senior Platform Engineer, or a Platform Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

    • Contribute: You'll work in a full-stack, cloud first, development environment where you'll have the chance to work in many industry-leading technologies. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will:
      • Design and implement robust and scalable devops solutions in support of the team's IT and/or business functions.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software and infrastructure solutions that improve platform capabilities across multiple areas of the organization.
      • Assist with organizing and executing team planning and delivery activities and ceremonies such as running stand-ups, code/solutions reviews, problem analysis, and technical demonstrations.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and support requests across the application, infrastructure, network and security domains - providing an escalated tier of support within the team.
      • Create and present well-organized training and knowledge materials to share insights and practices with peers across IT.
      • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and capabilities.
    • What it Takes:
      • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
      • Minimum 2 years related work experience, 5 or more years of related work experience is preferred.
      • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
      • Experience in designing, planning, and implementing application platforms.
      • Experience with some the following technologies or concepts is preferred: CI/CD Tooling: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Chef, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Containers: Docker, ECS, Load balancing and certificate management, Scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Programming languages: Java, C#, .NET framework/core, Linux and Windows operating systems.
