Talent Development:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading software development teams and delivering complex projects, particularly in AWS environments.
Substantial experience in software development with a focus on scalable and innovative solutions within AWS.In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, with specific expertise in AWS cloud services.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the software development landscape, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, emphasizing AWS-related initiative.
