    Development Practices:

    Cloud Migration:
    Drive the migration of legacy applications into modern, cloud-based architectures, specifically on AWS.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition and optimize the performance of applications in the AWS cloud environment.


    Collaboration and Communication:
    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product ownership, underwriting, and new business, to drive successful project outcomes.

    Communicate the software development strategy and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the AWS cloud components.


    Talent Development:

    Lead and mentor software development teams, nurturing a collaborative and high-performance culture, with an awareness of AWS best practices.

    Recruit and develop top talent to enhance the capabilities of the software development teams with expertise in AWS technologies .


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven track record of successfully leading software development teams and delivering complex projects, particularly in AWS environments.

    Substantial experience in software development with a focus on scalable and innovative solutions within AWS.In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, with specific expertise in AWS cloud services.

    Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the software development landscape, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, emphasizing AWS-related initiative.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving common goals in an AWS context.
    Visionary mindset to anticipate and address future challenges in the software development domain, with a focus on AWS advancements.
    Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability delivering excellent work both at a team level and personal level.
