Job summary

We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant (Part-Time). This role supports daily office operations and financial processing with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly coding, scanning, logging, and deposit processing of checks
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare and track outgoing mail, priority shipments, and courier envelopes
  • Create purchase orders as needed
  • Order,distribute,and manage office supplies
