    Experienced Financial Advisor

    Position Summary:

    M Financial Group is partnering with Lindberg & Ripple ) to hire an experienced and self-motivated Financial Professional who can work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role requires the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and their other advisors to address complex financial and insurance needs. At our firm you can choose your path in either insurance or investments.

    Starting Compensation:

    As an experienced advisor, you will receive a well-rounded compensation package based on revenue generated, competitive benefits and a supportive back-office team.

    Responsibilities:


    • Cultivate new, and maintain existing, client relationships.


    • Regular meetings with clients and their advisors to fully understand their needs and objectives.


    • Conduct a thorough analysis of a client's existing portfolio and provide objective recommendations, as warranted.


    • Provide advice and/or suitable financial and insurance products to meet the client's objectives.


    • Expand client base through ongoing prospecting activities.


    • Work alongside our administrative and service teams to provide an exceptional client experience.


    • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in accordance with existing procedures.


    • Remain abreast of current economic indicators and industry trends.


    • Obtain additional licenses and certifications as required.


    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:


    • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in client-facing, consultative sales, or fiduciary roles.


    • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of working with autonomy, independence, initiative, and strong interpersonal collaboration.


    • Highest levels of professional ethics and integrity.


    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.


    • Life and Health License
