    What will the Construction Project Manager at Spotless Brands Do?The Construction Project Manager is responsible for driving new development car washes from the pre- development/feasibility phase to Grand Opening and project close out.

    This position will be covering the North East from Maryland, DC, to Virginia and supporting Flagship Carwash and Ultimate Shine Car Wash.

    Hold weekly meetings with GC Project Manager, GC Superintendent, Spotless Brands Integration Teammates, Spotless Brands Operations Teammates, Architect (ASMEP) and Civil EngineerMaintain meeting Minutes with Critical Tasks & two-week outlook activities to maintain schedule.

    Manage RFIs and provide support to obtain consultant responses within 48 hours.

    Frequent Job Site visits to manage any issues & maintain scheduleQualify and Reject or Approve Change Order Requests issued by a General ContractorWeekly Construction Report to all Spotless Brands Executives & DepartmentsMonthly On-Site Pay-App MtgsMonthly Job Cost Reports submitted & presented to Spotless Brands Executive TeamObtain all inspections needed for permission to fixture & stock merchandiseObtain Certificate of OccupancyComplete Punch List Items within 15 days of Turnover to Spotless Brands Operations DepartmentWork with Spotless Brands Operations Department to have a successful Grand OpeningTurnover to Project Information to the Asset Management DepartmentProvide Final/Close-Out Costs vs.

    • Preferred3+ years as a project manager acting as an owners representative for a real estate development firm or nationwide retailer.
    Experience with permitting and construction management.
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
    Highly collaborativeable to meet with a variety of individuals from laborers to Board members.
    Motivated by processes, productivity and deadlines in a high-growth, rapidly paced organization.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to have difficult conversations and build and develop relationships with a variety of individuals.
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Expert spreadsheet abilities.
    Ability to work with confidential information with maturity and integrity.
