Thursday 3:30 pm 1:30 am Job purposeAmerican Products is currently seeking Machine Operators to join our team We are growing rapidly, and are looking for dedicated, hard working people seeking career opportunities.

We offer 100% paid tuition, a generous paid time off package and a "safety-first" work environment. Our Machine Operators are an integral part of the team, responsible for forming parts using various types of machinery.

Our Machine Operators will be assigned to a specific area, but are always empowered to cross-train in order to learn a variety of different machines.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow all company procedures for safety.
Inspect work pieces to conform to specifications and adjust machine to correct errors. Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms. Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
Test finished products for defects.
Maintain the tools used to create products.
Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED strongly preferred Specialized Knowledge and ExperienceAbility to read and comprehend blue prints, shop floor documentation, customer specifications/diagrams, instructions provided by supervisors/managers.

No experience is required, but the successful candidates must have the mechanical aptitude to manufacture parts with high quality. Skills and AbilitiesOther SkillsMUST BE DEPENDABLE
