Job title: Director of Business Development Custom Fabrication

Description

About the Role:

The Director of Sales Development will oversee the sales of custom fabrication for Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling custom structural and metal fabrication work to both Phoenix fabrication facilities
Developing customer relationships and meeting customer needs and deadlines
Identifying target markets that best fit Phoenix's capabilities and developing a strategic sales plan to sell to those markets
Tracking sales activities each week to show number of contacts, leads, bids, and other relevant data to show activity
Meeting quarterly and yearly sales quotas

Requirements:

High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-10 years of experience in identifying target markets, companies, and relevant personnel, and creating own leads
5-10 years of Custom Fabrication sales experience in industrial and commercial markets
Skilled with MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Independent Worker
Self-Motivated and Self-Started
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
