    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Cascada is seeking energetic and experienced fitness professionals to teach group classes We are looking for instructors who can lead specialized classes in yoga, Pilates, barre, Bootcamps, Breathwork, Meditation and Sound Baths.

    Job Duties:

    • Work with your manager to develop formats in yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training, HIIT, etc.
    • Coach clients and provide modifications to help participants achieve fitness goals
    • Guide clients through additional wellness practices like breathwork, meditation or sound healing
    • Maintain safe movement and exercise form/technique for injury prevention
    • Provide encouragement and motivation to class attendees
    • Help promote the studio, build client base and retention

    Requirements:

    • Training certifications in multiple fitness disciplines
    • Previous instructor experience at boutique fitness studios
    • Strong verbal coaching and class motivation abilities
    • Outgoing personality and customer service skills
    • Reliable self-starter able to build loyal class attendees
