    Call Center Agent I, Central Access Svcs, Port Angeles, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift - Washington, United States - Olympic Medical Center

    Description

    Provides excellent customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards. Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned. Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments. Schedules appointments. Answers inquiries.


    QUALIFICATIONS: Education

    · High School diploma or GED required.
    Experience
    · Customer Service, Reception or Call Center experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

You can also use the PTO PSL bank just like you use your PTO bank (meaning you do not have to be sick to use this bank).
  • Extended Illness BankAccrues based on hours worked, equivalent to 4 days per year for a full-time employee (pro-rated for part-time). Maximum of 480 hours allowed in bank. Accrued time may be used to cover illnesses beginning the 4th scheduled consecutive day of work missed due to illness.
