    Job Description:


    Torch Technologies is currently seeking a passionate Entry-level systems data analyst that will turn data into information and turn that information into insight that will aid our government customers in understanding their complex missile systems The candidate will be part of a team performing concept of operations evaluation, requirements analysis, model development, and simulation development and execution.

    Primary duties will consist of identifying what analysis needs to be done, developing analysis tools in python to perform system requirement feasibility assessments.

    Must have strong scripting skills with a true passion for analysis of data.
    Must be able to process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis.
    Must be able to interpret data and analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to team members
    Must be able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    Must be able to work with management to prioritize business and information needs
    Must be able to set and meet deadlines


    Job Requirements:
    Qualified candidates will work within a collaborative team environment composed of government and supporting contractor personnel.

    The candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing, and briefing preparation skills as well as the ability to clearly present work to government customers.

    A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in engineering or other related technical field and 0-2 years' experience in data analysis.

    This position requires a final DoD secret security clearance to access classified information. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
