    We have a client seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Payroll, Accounting, and Benefits Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, including processing payroll, managing accounting tasks, and administering employee benefits.     salary: $62,000 - $68,000 per year

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    Payroll:

    • Process weekly payroll, including deductions and direct deposits.
    • Prepare payroll reports and ensure accuracy.
    • Manage tax filings and payments.
    • Handle night shift differentials and other payroll adjustments.
    Accounting:
    • Enter invoices into the system.
    • Reconcile various accounts monthly.
    • Process employee purchases and garnishments.
    • Generate off-cycle checks as needed.
    Benefits:
    • Maintain benefit-related spreadsheets.
    • Process invoices and payments related to employee benefits.
    • Assist with yearly benefit fee payments.
