Job summary
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that the OneHealth headquarters operates smoothly, professionally and efficiently each day.This role manages the front desk experience orders office supplies coordinates visitors accepts packages and keeps the office organized and well maintained. The Office Manager also handles travel arrangements processes employee reimbursements mails marketing gift boxes supports internal events and provides light executive assistant support when needed.

- Maintain a clean organized welcoming office environment that reflects OneHealth brand standards
- Order manage office supplies kitchen items general inventory accept packages deliver them to appropriate team members maintain package logs handle inbound mail outbound mail coordinate shipping of marketing materials gift boxes schedule visitors interviews meetings onsite vendor appointments prepare conference rooms ensure meetings start on time with correct materials support office event planning including internal gatherings broker events team functions assist employees with travel plans flight hotels ground transportation process employee reimbursements maintain records of travel expenses ensure compliance with internal guidelines provide light executive assistant support calendar management meeting prep document organization assist leadership administrative tasks special projects follow up requests ensure high quality brand aligned formatting for internal documents as needed.
