    We are currently seeking entry-level candidates to join our team as Validation Assistants.

    This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates who are eager to start their career in the field of validation and quality assurance.

    Local candidates will be given preference.

    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the development and coordination of protocols for equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validations under supervision.
    Support the preparation of final reports following the execution of validation protocols, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    Participate in the evaluation and analysis of data, contributing to the investigation and documentation of validation deviations with guidance.
    Provide assistance in the implementation and maintenance of the Validation Master Plan.
    Support the review and modification of validation strategies and procedures for products, processes, and equipment to enhance efficiency.
    Assist in protocol development, validation activities, and record tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
    Offer support for pFMEA, CAPA, and QN efforts as assigned by more experienced team members.
    Assist in establishing metrics and monitoring the performance of processes, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency, under supervision.

    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline is required.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
    Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
    Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles is desirable.

    Basic understanding of Design Verification, Validation Protocol and Report creation, statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), Process Control Plans, Sampling methodologies, and Data Analysis is a plus.

    Local candidates will be given preference, and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. A masters degree in engineering or scientific discipline is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
