As a Sales BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from customers regarding service appointments, pricing, and general inquiries.
Utilize phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up with customers and schedule service appointments.
Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about available services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of service appointments.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
Stay informed about product updates, service promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
