    Job Description:

    The Roman Empire Agency seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy for the developmentally disabled.

    Compensation:

    • $60.00-$70.00 per hour

    Job Duties:

    1. Implement, oversee and ensure quality of all clinical services for assigned caseload, including quality assurance and standardization of clinical models and programs
    2. Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies and procedures across the agency
    3. Implement and enhance all clinical training and supervision programs
    4. Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO to develop growth, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency initiatives and projections
    5. Establish and maintain community presence specific to behavior analytic and related associations
    6. Maintain compliance and train agency-wide on BACB standards
    7. Create curriculums for training material

    Credentials:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years as a practicing BCBA
    • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans
    • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training and oversight of BCBA's

    Additional Skills:

    • Effective communication and leadership skills
    • Strong working knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, program design, and treatment implementation
    • Strong networking skills through community involvement
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA (Required)
