    Description
    The Product Manager will manage Data Feed deliverables such as releases, handling client requests, engaging relevant support teams and finding resolution to requirements, work with Data Network and portfolio delivery leads, wherever required and helping LSEG build more powerful wealth solutions.

    The role will oversee a variety of responsibilities, including prioritization of work, being the client liaison of account teams, and confirming resources aligned to group to complete results. End-to-end responsibility of managing feature/function specifications of existing propositions, product, and its services. Support client delivery in terms of infrastructure needs, entitlement needs, capability queries. Convert client needs into product features and get them production ready for release and end of lifecycle, as needed.

    There is the opportunity to work closely with development, implementation, and support teams to track and share continuous timely updates to clients to ensure successful completion of activities. Participate in cross-functional meetings both internally and externally (client facing) to ensure timely, in-scope delivery. Adhere to LSEG standards, processes and policies and participate in testing/validation to confirm data quality. Build proposals or business cases to acquire approval for current and new projects and gain support of new propositions and product services. Develop and implement plans to sunset obsolete services. May support commercial facing teams in client engagement and retention activities. Demonstrate knowledge of the company's propositions, product services and industry trends.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Respond to client/internal queries on market data content, API capabilities, or end-of-day feed details.
    • Own process for onboarding new user IDs, commercials and setup servers when required.
    • Handle pricing & packaging for the order systems
    • Communicate product changes to clients.
    • Coordinate testing for infrastructure or API changes with clients
    • Handle client escalations Objectives
      • Gap analysis between technology or content assets.
      • Helps lead future client migrations between data feeds / APIs.
      • Define work requirements based on client needs.
      • Delivery of resilience initiatives based on Business needs and client enquiries.
      • Optimize allocation of incoming requests with Data & Analytics - Workflows teams.
      • Compliance with required group and divisional governance to provide insight into portfolio performance.
      • Promote teamwork and provide leadership in meetings and represent the portfolio across the organization.
      • Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance, and risk management. Compensation/Benefits Information ( New York applicants only ):

        LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $114,400 - $212,600.

        Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
