That's why we're building sophisticated AI Teammates designed to master complex workflows and collaborate with human experts. We're starting by tackling the trillion-dollar U.S. Property & Casualty insurance market, a space with intricate processes and a rich data environment perfect for this challenge.

Our dedicated team is based in San Francisco and thrives on in-person collaboration to solve these challenging problems.

What You'll Do

As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our initial team, playing a pivotal role in designing and building our core product from the ground up. You'll push the frontiers of AI and human collaboration on some of the most data-heavy analytical projects that insurance professionals work on.

More specifically, you will:

Enable long-horizon task completion by building the foundational UX patterns for working with multi-turn, multi-tool agentic systems.
Empower actuaries and underwriters to work on thousands of documents in parallel by giving them access to coding and coding agents.
Architect and implement our frontend stack using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Get your hands into the backend & core agentic platform as well It's all typescript.
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end experiences.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on features, balancing speed and quality in a startup environment.

Who You Are

We're looking for an ambitious and creative builder who is excited to tackle hard problems.

You are genuinely passionate about AI and energized by approaching ambiguous challenges from first principles.
Have deep experience building production-grade web applications with modern frameworks (React, , TypeScript).
Care about performance, accessibility, and pixel-perfect implementation.
Have strong UI/UX sensibilities and enjoy collaborating with designers to ship delightful experiences.
Are a collaborative, fast learner who wants to join a small team and have an outsized impact.
(Bonus) Have experience with data visualization, realtime systems, or working on complex workflow tools.
