    Job Posting: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Seaford, DE

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based contract position.

    Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Seaford, DE

    Employment Type: Contract

    Start Date: [Specify Start Date]

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports.

    Educational and Licensing Requirements:

    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • At least one year of recent experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
