Responsibilities
- Oversight accounts payables accounts receivables payroll budgeting administrative operations analysis anomaly trends problem resolution system improvement preparation budgets new existing grant programs verification expenditures compliance funding agency standards maintenance files records grant program agreements contracts review financial information assurance fund integrity report funding agencies management accounting operations review reconciliation transactions special funds financial activities monitor review accuracy completeness compliance Federal state regulations county policies control practices monitor project approve expenditures revenues management staff screen assign workload plan prioritize tasks projects train staff evaluate performance work quality timely completion duties responsibilities review financial accounting records assure complete accurate assist audits prepare compile variety reports salary projections revenue expenses allocate resources determining funding source payroll office supplies reconcile certified paper voided paper shredded verify monies received accurate accounted provide leadership policy guidance coordinate efforts related activities objectives goals priorities develop perform evaluations oversee ensure revenues expenditures properly accounted annual budget review revise financial policies streamline processes advise accounting problems policies procedures provide various reports represent meetings coordinate activities departments organizations maintain confidentiality customer records restricted County infornation perform other related duties required+
