- Lead a team of few engineers
- Mentor local engineers on writing clean code and proper SDLC flows
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, product managers, and other engineers to gather and understand requirements for software solutions that address critical healthcare challenges.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare applications and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.

- Participate in code reviews, write comprehensive documentation, and provide mentorship to junior team members.

- B.S. in Computer Science or similar
- 10+ years of experience in a Software Engineering or related role
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer lead
- 5+ years of experience in C#
- Experience with client-side browser development such as JavaScript, a language that compiles to JavaScript (e.g. TypeScript, React, Vue, etc), or a language that compiles to Wasm.
- Proven ability to work with Stakeholders to better define the scope of their needs in a manner that allows for successful delivery.
- Familiarity with cloud systems, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a desire to expand your knowledge of cloud architecture on Microsoft's Azure platform.
- Experience with Git
- Prior experience in systems with strong regulation and privacy concerns such as financial or health related systems is a plus.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $120,000-$160,000 at the commencement of employment, paid in USD. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
