In this role, you will:

Deliver an outstanding atmosphere and culture for both our customers and employees.

Oversee daily retail store operations including: scheduling, budgeting, driving retail sales performance, and ensuring adherence to all operational and organizational standards.

Implement marketing, sales, service, and financial strategy direction provided by corporate retail partners.

Engage with senior leadership by bringing your expertise and ideas forward to your field leadership team to ensure we maximize store opportunities.

Provide positive leadership, mentoring, and coaching to all employees to create a high performing team.

Continually train and develop sales team on new products and sales strategies.

Recruit, hire, and train new associates.

Regularly review key performance metrics with staff to ensure the store is meeting financial goals.

**Qualifications:**

High School degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

Great leadership skills.

Retail store experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven ability to drive a positive culture and motive a team to meet or exceed performance standards.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.

Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to move a minimum of 25 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, ascending/descending, reaching, and lifting to stock and merchandise store. Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.

Must be willing to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
