    Description

    OVERVIEW:

    This role exists to drive meaningful change and contribute significantly to the clients within the Pickworth GTM portfolio. Our focus on high-integrity pipeline creation and execution will be the apex standard of this role. The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in accomplishing growth objectives for product and technical led founders, across various verticals including but not limited to; healthcare, physical security, real estate, and business intelligence technology. In this role, you will be both challenged and rewarded handsomely.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    Responsible for:

    • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
    • Conducting research to identify potential clients within target verticals.
    • Utilizing tools such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo to streamline outreach and maximize efficiency.
    • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
    • Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM system.
    • Representing Pickworth GTM professionally and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.

    Accountable for:

    • Proven track record of success in Business Development, preferably in early-stage tech startups.
    • Experience using tools like HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo to drive sales and lead generation efforts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    • Self-motivated and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
