Job summary
This is a part-time evening shift position for a unit clerk at RWJ New Brunswick. The candidate will perform clerical and receptionist functions for the nursing unit in accordance with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone within 4 rings professionally
- Activating the paging system for both routine and emergency use
- Coordinating patient admissions transfers and discharges with other departments
- Demonstrates proper handwashing techniques
